• An economy customer is allowed 1 carry-on/cabin bag, plus 1 personal item which in total, must not exceed 12 kg / 26.4 lbs. 
• Premium economy, business, or La Première is permitted 2 carry-on/cabin bags plus 1 personal item and In total, must not exceed 18 kg / 40 lbs. 

Checked Baggage Allowance 

• The economy passenger is allowed to check two bags, each not exceeding 23 kg in weight.
• A premium economy passenger is allowed 2 checked bags, not exceeding 23 kg – 50 lb together. 
• A business class passenger is allowed 2 checked bags, which should not exceed 32 kg – 70 lb. 

Flying Blue Silver, Gold, Platinum, SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus Members will have 1 extra piece of checked luggage at no charge (in addition to the free checked luggage allowance). For lost baggage, Air France passengers have two options for reporting lost baggage per the airline: 

1. Report the issue immediately to the representative at the Air France baggage office at the airport before the passenger exits the airport
2. Report the issue through the website of Air France within 48 hours of the flight’s arrival at the destination airport.
